MEDICARE REBATE

If you have access to Medicare, you may obtain a Mental Health Care Plan and referral from your GP. This will allow you to access a rebate for up to 10 sessions per calendar year. The medicare rebate is $96.25.

If you reach your Medicare Safety Net, then your rebates will be higher.

Medicare rebate can only be claimed either on or after the date of GP referral and Mental Health Care Plan (rebates cannot be back dated.)

Please note we do not see clients under TAC, EAP or Workcover.

NATIONAL DISABILITY INSURANCE SCHEME

If you have either self managed or plan managed NDIS funding sessions are billed inline with the NDIS fee schedule.

Outreach will include the NDIS fee and travel based on billable item code.

NDIS line items and their associated fees are established and annually reviewed by the NDIS.

PRIVATE HEALTH INSURANCE

If you have private health insurance, you may be eligible for rebates under your extras cover.

Each health fund is different, so we recommend contacting your provider to see whether you are eligible for this cover.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel or postpone your session, please email or text at least 24 hours prior to avoid late cancellation fees

We know life happens..... and sometimes emergencies or illnesses come up. We know sometimes life is so darn busy you just plain forget. We also know cancellation and missed appointment fees suck.

To explain, late cancellations and missed appointments are not covered by third party providers such as Medicare and private health insurance. As late notice doesn't give us enough time to fill the hour we try to meet the client half way and share 50% of the loss.

Providing at least 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment helps us to keep your session costs down, maximises our availability to clients and minimises lost clinical time.
